2Lua Shrimp Feeder working principle
The 2Lua Shrimp Feeder is optimized for efficient feeding. It has two asynchronous, independent motors, preventing feed from dropping near the machine’s body. During each feeding cycle, the Spinner motor activates first, followed by the Feed motor. Upon cycle completion, the Feed motor stops first, ensuring no feed falls near the machine.

Feed Spinner
The feeding spinner design reduces wind resistance and friction, allowing for a longer feed spray distance without feed accumulation in the rotor. Modeled after the 3-wing Spinner, it ensures no feed residue inside the rotor. At maximum motor speed, minimal wind resistance and vibrations ensure stable and durable operation.
Feed Roller
Release feed from holding drum in the set amount. The Feed roller ensures easy feeding measurement, with a design that prevents food from sticking and allows for easy cleaning. Its groove depth is precisely calculated to release feed evenly and smoothly, reducing feed costs.
Feed Container
This is the first shrimp feeder in Vietnam with a molded feed container, offering superior quality compared to other machines in the market. It is easy to clean and maintains high hygiene standards for shrimp farming.
Usage Guide
The 2Lua Shrimp Feeder is designed for ease of use with minimal operational steps. The control box includes three adjustment buttons with corresponding display values.
- Press START/STOP button to stop the machine
- Adjust the Knob
- Press START/STOP button to start the feeding process
- The program will save the last settings, allowing it to operate with the same values for future feeding cycles.
