Lamella Clarifier

The Lamella clarifier is also known as Lamella separator, Lamella settler, inclined plates clarifier or slant plates clarifier.

Well proven lamella sedimentation technology. Stainless tank with inclined plastic plates that can be removed individually for cleaning or replacement.

The Lamella Settler comprises a stainless tank in which individual plastic plates are supported and inclined at the optimum angle of 60°. Two different models are available with either a 50 mm or 80 mm gap between the plates and the choice of model depends on the application. The capacity depends on the settling velocity of the particles to be removed. The size of the sludge collection hopper is maximised in the design to allow sludge thickening by compression and reduce the length of the time the sludge discharge pump needs to run.
